Bali Honeymoon

To say we had the honeymoon of our dreams in Bali really seems like an understatement, I'll just let the photos speak for themselves. It's a long journey to get there from Los Angeles, but well worth the airport hopping and layovers. We started our adventure in Ubud, later stopping briefly in Menjangan for snorkeling, and then spent the second week in Nusa Dua and Jimbaran. We went ATV riding, river rafting, bicycle riding, and hiked to the top of Mt. Batur at 3am to watch the sunrise. We saw elephants, fish of all colors, and plenty of monkeys. In between all of this, we were enjoying infinity pools, private villas, and floating brunches.

I feel extremely fortunate that my husband and I were able to experience this magical place (having a Honeyfund in addition to a traditional wedding registry was a great idea!) The people we met were genuinely kind, spiritual, and always smiling. If the opportunity presents itself, we would make the long journey again in a heartbeat.
