Nursery Tour
Logan's nursery is pretty special to us because we put a lot of effort into the details. As soon as I went into ultra-nesting mode during pregnancy, I drove Ricardo crazy wanting to do nursery projects all the time (a lot of which involved him moving heavy objects when I decided that my vision had changed). I had perused through so many photos of woodland themes, boho themes, baby animal themes...and decided I wanted to have a subtle mix of them all with a mostly grey and white palate.
The most DIY part of the nursery were the mountains that we painted on the wall ourselves using long strips of tape as guides and some of the wall art I made on Illustrator like the "hola" and "fiesta." Had to use my design skills for something! Most of the furniture came from Pottery Barn Kids or from local boutiques, but I think the award for most useful piece honestly goes to the diaper cart we got from Michael's. You'll see in the photo that we managed to cram it full of newborn diapers back when Logan was going through more of them each day and we'd received so many from our baby showers. Now, we can also use it for other things, it's very convenient.
