Maternity & Newborn Photos
To celebrate Logan's pending arrival last year, my sister and her family wanted to give us the gift of professional maternity and newborn photos. I have such an awesome sister, right?! So I then began my search online for photographers in Los Angeles, wanting to find someone whose style was elegant, but not cheesy or over-the-top. I have seen photos of pregnant women Photoshopped to look like mermaids or fairies, which is great if some people want that, but it's not my style.
When I stumbled upon the soft and clean look of Miranda North's family and maternity photos, I knew I wanted her to take ours - and I'm so glad she did! Our living room wall is now a display of beautiful photographs of our little family. Before my sister offered, I had toyed with the idea of maternity/newborn photos, but wasn't sure. I definitely don't regret it. We want to eventually have another baby, but if it's not in the cards, I'm glad we took the opportunity to preserve these memories with Logan. I've been wanting to share them for a while now, so here they are!
The maternity photos were taken in Temescal Canyon, and the newborn photos in Long Beach.
